Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies. Strong experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, Power Pages portals, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions, and Dynamics 365 customisations. Experienced in integrating Microsoft cloud services, implementing DevOps pipelines, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations.
- Develop responsive Canvas Apps using reusable components, collections, variables, nested galleries, and optimised delegation techniques.
- Build Model-driven applications using Dataverse, business rules, business process flows, forms, dashboards, security roles, and custom tables.
- Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF controls, and .NET components for Dynamics 365.
- Create enterprise workflow automation using Power Automate with approvals, scheduled flows, exception handling, parallel branching, and REST API integrations.
- Design and develop Power Pages portals for secure external user access integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
- Build enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and ETL processes.
- Integrate enterprise applications with SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SAP, Snowflake, Azure SQL, Excel, and REST APIs.
- Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions including SPFx web parts, React components, custom forms, document libraries, and modern intranet portals.
- Perform SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations using ShareGate and PowerShell while preserving metadata, permissions, and version history.
- Develop backend integrations using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Implement Azure Active Directory authentication, RBAC, DLP policies, encryption, and Microsoft 365 governance standards.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub for automated deployments and ALM.
- Manage solution lifecycle, version control, release management, and deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimise application performance, and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
