Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and related ERP modules. The ideal candidate will support functional implementation, configuration, business process optimization, and ongoing application support.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functional solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, particularly Procurement and Inventory Management.
Work with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and recommend improvements.
Support functional design, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and application enhancements.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements, security standards, and established best practices.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Functional expertise in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and related ERP modules.
Experience with requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and cross-functional business processes.
Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting UAT.
Prior experience in federal government or public-sector projects is an advantage.
Security Clearance
Active Secret clearance is preferred.
Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, subject to client requirements and applicable eligibility criteria.

A hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant or SME who can support Procurement and Inventory processes, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver reliable Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities.
