Job Duties:
- Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents through phone, email, walk-up support, and the self-service portal
- Install and maintain computers, software, monitors, docking stations, headsets, and peripherals
- Support printers, conference-room technology, digital signage, and televisions
- Assist with Windows updates, patches, hotfixes, and image-deployment testing
- Escalate incidents and monitor service requests through resolution
- Communicate planned outages and unplanned incident notifications
- Create and maintain technical procedures and knowledge-base articles
- Support manufacturing technologies, including Digital Plant, IMM, PI, MES, and LIMS
- Track IT assets and assist with technology procurement
- Coordinate power, HVAC, fiber, and copper-cabling maintenance requests
- Support network monitoring, change management, incident response, and cybersecurity efforts
Requirements:
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Knowledge of Windows systems, computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Familiarity with IT asset management and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-service skills
- Ability to support IT and operational technology integrations
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
