We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for a growing, multi-state organization of approximately 300 employees. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with ADP platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fully remote environment.

Job Details

Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for ~300 employees across multiple states
Maintain and manage payroll data within ADP
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Handle payroll tax filings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and compliance reporting
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries
Partner with HR and Accounting on employee changes, audits, and reporting
Support year-end processes including W-2s and 1099s
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and best practices
