Requirements:

4 or more years administering ServiceNow applications.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience in ITSM, ITAM and ITOM hardware and software.
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices is required.
Strong command on JavaScript and APIs is required.
ServiceNow administration certification is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Configure, administer, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
Managing system health, platform upgrades, and implementing enhancements.
Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.
Developing workflows, automation, and integrations within ServiceNow.
Creating dashboards, reports, and managing service catalogs.
Documenting system configurations, user guides, and knowledge articles.
Communicate effectively with teams, present improvement ideas, and support end-users.
