Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer

Location : Peoria, IL ( Hybrid Role )

Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Interview Mode : In-Person – 1 Round of Interview and Offer

Overview:

Support all the testing and development of the engines. Supporting the test cells with piping, routing, Support those installs and tear down for the engines

Doing standard work and all the way upto tool design, For specific tooling for new engines, working with suppliers, doing some designs, getting tooling procured for the assembly

Top Skills:

• knowledge of able to navigate design programs

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors with Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred
• 5 years of experience
• No cap on experience

Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Provide manufacturing support to engine builds/testing

About this Role

• Blend of desk and direct hands-on experience with Client engines.
• Exposure to R&D at Client. Ability to learn Client systems. 
• Work with a diverse team; production workforce, engineers, etc. 

Typical task breakdown: Standard work, tooling design, tooling orders, BIQ walk backs

Team environment, working with mechanics and technicians Team Structure

Work directed by Team Lead, 1 other manufacturing engineer on the team currently

Work environment:

• Lab/Office environment 50/50
