A bit about us:

Our client is a privately held, USDA-approved food manufacturing company headquartered in the upper Midwest, with distribution spanning 17 states. Founded over five decades ago as a family-owned operation, this company has grown into one of the region's largest fresh food manufacturers, producing a rotating catalog of more than 450 pre-packaged fresh and frozen items including sandwiches, salads, wraps, and snack offerings.

The business operates as a full-service commissary kitchen and wholesale distribution platform, serving retail chains, convenience stores, vending operators, and institutional accounts through both direct store delivery and wholesale fulfillment models. With deep roots in quality, food safety, and operational excellence, this company maintains rigorous USDA and food industry compliance standards across every facet of production. Despite significant growth, the organization has preserved the culture, values, and people-first mindset it was built on.

Why join us?

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer where your engineering contributions will have a direct and visible impact on production output and product quality. You will work within a collaborative environment where decision-making is accessible and employees are genuinely valued.
Our client offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
401(k) retirement plan
Comprehensive health care options including medical, dental, and dependent care accounts

Paid vacation and holiday pay
Employee food discounts
Leadership development and career advancement opportunities

Beyond the benefits, this role offers the chance to help shape manufacturing processes at scale inside a company that feeds people across the country every single day. If you are energized by solving complex production challenges in a fast-moving, high-output food environment, this is a career-defining opportunity.
