Where you'll make an impact- Build and own a modern enterprise data and analytics platform from the ground up
- Design scalable data architectures using Microsoft Fabric or comparable cloud platforms
- Model and analyze data across core operational domains:
- Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay
- Inventory, Warehouse, Supply Chain
- Finance and Cost Management
- Create reliable pipelines and transformations using SQL and modern data tools
- Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights through Power BI and Phocas
- Translate operational and financial data into KPIs leaders actually use
- Partner closely with operations, finance, and field leadership to drive performance
- Establish strong data governance, quality, and consistency across systems
Ideal background- Senior, hands-on data leadership experience in retail, manufacturing, wholesale, or supply-chain-driven environments
- Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and enterprise analytics
- Strong experience working with ERP and operational data
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (or similar), Power BI, and analytics platforms
- Cloud data platform and modern data stack experience
- Familiarity with K8, Navigator, or SPS Commerce is helpful but not required

Strong hands-on expertise in business intelligence, SQL, data modeling, and enterprise reporting environments.
Proven experience working with ERP data and operational datasets to drive business insight.
Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern cloud-based data platforms or equivalent technologies.
Solid understanding of how analytics influences profitability, inventory management, service performance, and financial results.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to executive and operational stakeholders in a practical, business-focused way.
Experience building governance practices that improve data quality, reliability, and consistency across multiple systems.
Familiarity with platforms such as K8, Navigator, or ecommerce-related systems is beneficial but not required.
