Description
This is a hands-on automation support role responsible for stabilizing and optimizing existing automation processes within our client. The developer will focus on maintaining production automations rather than building new ones. Responsibilities include troubleshooting automation failures, performing bug fixes, implementing minor enhancements, and improving overall automation reliability and performance.
The role operates as a central point of contact for automation issues and involves working across multiple business units such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Transmission. The developer will manage a queue of issues, review reports, and collaborate closely with project managers and automation teams. Strong experience in Blue Prism and Python is essential, along with the ability to quickly contribute and reduce backlog in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $85.00/hr.
