Role Overview
A Global Business Marketing team is looking for a Program Manager to join the team, supporting AI business products and solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing go-to-market efforts across marketing functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping many moving pieces aligned in a dynamic environment. This person will bring project management discipline, clear communication, and a proactive, follow-through mindset. A passion for organization, process, and partnership is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing operations for product launches.
- Gather work requirements across launches, prioritize based on business needs and available resources.
- Work with multiple marketing functions and oversee delivery of planned activities.
- Organize daily activities against product launch goals.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to communicate progress and insights.
- Develop and scale best practices, templates, and tools.
- Support the Integrated Program Management Director to improve program processes and workflows and on other strategic projects such as annual planning and collaboration model development.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of marketing project or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with marketing channels (creative development, media campaigns, social, email campaigns, web, events, etc.) and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience driving and delivering complex marketing programs from inception to delivery.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong track record building workback schedules and trackers, and managing timelines.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail across concurrent projects.
- Clear, proactive communicator who drives follow-through and accountability.
- Thrive in operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology marketing.
- Experience with developer and enterprise marketing.
- Experience in both brand and growth/performance marketing.
- Demonstrates ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows with measurable impact.
