- Develop, maintain, and support IBM ITX maps and integrations
- Work on data transformation and EDI/integration processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and support batch processing jobs
- Perform SQL queries, data validation, and issue analysis
- Support applications in Unix/Linux environments
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution
