About the Role
We are hiring a Data Engineer/Architect to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking and Financial companies in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and ETL development
- 3+ years in a large enterprise environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools
- SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi
- Experience with cloud data platforms
Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse
- Experience with analytical tools
Tableau, Power BI
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Strong understanding of data governance and security practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing long-running batch jobs
- Proficiency in optimizing performance with large datasets.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $65 $68 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
