Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to support a large-scale enterprise technology environment. The architect will be responsible for ensuring software architecture quality, cloud infrastructure reliability, Kubernetes platform operations, document automation solutions, and providing technical leadership across development and operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• AWS Certification

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience including:

  • EC2

  • EFS

  • RDS

  • ALB

  • IAM

  • S3

  • Lambda

• 5+ years of Kubernetes/EKS administration, deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting

• 5+ years of experience with document generation or automation platforms such as:

  • SmartDocuments

  • DocuSign CLM

  • Adobe PDF Services

• 5+ years supporting Linux and Windows environments

• Strong scripting skills for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting

• 3+ years working within Agile frameworks

• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins or similar tools

Technical Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure

• Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS environments

• Develop and support document generation and automation solutions

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Monitor platform health, reliability, and performance

• Create architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and technical documentation

• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
