DescriptionThe Technical Support Coordinator is responsible for responding to incoming service requests, identifying root causes, and coordinating effective resolutions. This role ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth support operations in alignment with customer-specific processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls from field technicians, capturing status updates and providing direction as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls to technicians when extended onsite time or issue complexity requires immediate follow-up.
- Optimize technician onsite time by ensuring work is prioritized and supported efficiently.
- Document technician activities, service status, and instructions in accordance with customer and internal requirements.
- Verify all onsite arrangements, equipment needs, and customer-provided materials are confirmed prior to dispatching a technician.
- Enter concise updates into customer databases following established standards.
- Close completed service requests in both internal and customer systems.
- Support field technicians working in retail store environments to troubleshoot and resolve miscellaneous technical issues.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
