Salesforce Technical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager in Pleasanton, CA.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodology, Salesforce Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with Product Owners, managing complex system integrations, and driving projects to successful completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage Salesforce projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
* Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations with internal and third-party systems

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and system integrations
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies
* Experience managing complex system integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
