Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, gather and analyze data, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions that streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of current operations and identify areas where AI can drive efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design and implement AI models and automation tools.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support AI initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions to gather requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Stay current with AI trends and technologies relevant to operational efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain back-end API endpoints to support Gen AI and RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation applications.
• Manage and optimize chat history storage in DynamoDB, ensuring scalability and efficient retrieval.
• Develop and test integrations with front end UI components for seamless user experience.
• React and others 7 to 10 years of experience in Technical business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI or automation projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI Tableau, and project management software.
