Senior MuleSoft Integration Developer
About the Role

We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Integration Developer to help design, build, and support enterprise API and integration solutions that connect critical business applications across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, building scalable APIs from the ground up, and partnering closely with development teams to deliver reliable and reusable services. You'll work on both new development and existing enterprise integrations while helping drive best practices around API-led connectivity and modern integration architecture.
What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MuleSoft applications and RESTful APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Build complex integrations from scratch using MuleSoft Studio, connectors, DataWeave, and reusable integration frameworks.
• Support and enhance existing MuleSoft applications while developing new APIs and integration services.
• Design and implement scalable solutions following microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
• Develop and support automated job scheduling and integration processes.
• Partner with architects, developers, business analysts, and support teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and performance.
• Promote API-first design and integration best practices across development teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of application development experience, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience, including building enterprise MuleSoft applications from the ground up using Anypoint Studio.
• Experience creating complex integrations using MuleSoft connectors, transformations, routing, orchestration, and error handling frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Development experience with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, or similar modern application frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with API management platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment environments.
