Hardware System Modeling Engineer - iPhone

This is a unique hardware system modeling position that begins at product concept and continues all the way through to mass production. \n\nYou will own the creation and refinement of system electrical models comprising components, behaviors, and interfaces that generate a platform to enable high-value workflows. Additionally, you will identify and develop use-cases and benefits of these models to build value over time.\n\nA successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, proactively recognize and understand various needs from stakeholders, help identify and distribute best practices, and be comfortable preparing and presenting technical content between the working and executive levels.\n\nThere will be opportunities for international travel.\n

BS Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent\n5+ years industry experience\nExperienced with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML tools such as Cameo, or similar\nExperience with engineering highly complex and integrated systems

MS in Systems Engineering\nHigh degree of knowledge and comfort in traversing up and down levels of system abstraction\nStrong desire to dive deep into system level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive attitude\nUnderstanding of electrical, mechanical, and software product development processes in order to approach problems flexibly\nUse of scripting languages to assist with hardware development and analysis (Python, OCL and Groovy strongly desired)\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
