Project Manager (Only W2) Onsite

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven  Project Manager with demonstrated experience to lead cross-functional initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in managing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives involving including planning, execution, and delivery.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align project goals with strategic objectives.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
· Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
· Oversee documentation efforts including business process flows, training materials, and test scripts.
· Ensure compliance with internal governance, legal, and IBC requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Drive change management and user adoption strategies in collaboration with business units.
· Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
· 8+ years of experience in project/program management
· Experience in managing cutover activities, data conversion, and post-go-live support.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· PMP or equivalent project management certification.
