AI/ML Engineer-Remote Role

Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Chatbots, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of testing and evaluation methods for LLM-powered agents, including prompt validation, output reliability, and user feedback loops.
• Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for agentic workflows and orchestration.
• Familiarity with FastMCP and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for tool integration.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Experience building services with FastAPI.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical solutions with merchant use cases.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn complex systems, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy a chatbot AI Agent to support merchants in analyzing sales performance and decision-making.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve query handling, ensure accurate responses, and optimize LLM interactions.
• Build AI agent workflows leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and FastMCP for tool integration and orchestration.
• Integrate MCP tools for dynamic data access, retrieval, and analysis.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs to handle merchant-specific queries with precision and efficiency.
• Design and implement testing strategies for AI Agents and LLM-based workflows, including evaluation of accuracy, reliability, and bias.
• Build APIs and microservices (using FastAPI) to support chatbot functionality and data pipelines.
• Deploy scalable solutions with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with merchant needs.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50-52. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
