Mandatory Skill Requirement
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) & Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall ServiceNow architecture, design, implementation, and platform integrity
Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, development, and integration
Provide quality assurance oversight for all ServiceNow deliverables
Design and implement:
ServiceNow application modules
ITIL / ITSM process automation
ServiceNow security architecture
User provisioning integrated with internal and external systems
Architect and implement integrations with third-party enterprise systems (Azure AD, COTS, SaaS, custom-built apps)
Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and technical specifications
Lead and support SPM & PPM implementations
Perform process flow analysis and collaborate with Project Managers on process redesign
Ensure cross-module dependencies are managed without negative impacts
Customize ServiceNow using custom scripts and configurations
Share best practices and provide consultative guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Work effectively with remote and distributed teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience
Strong expertise in SPM / PPM modules
Expert knowledge across ServiceNow modules, including:
ITBM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, DevOps, IRM, Change Management
Deep understanding of:
CMDB and ServiceNow data model
Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog, Request, Email modules
Proven experience with:
Inbound/outbound integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
Azure AD, SSO, Trusted Sources
Experience creating technical documentation (HLD, LLD, configuration and implementation plans)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including leadership presentations and team mentoring
Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow System Administrator
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
