Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to lead strategic MDM initiatives using Reltio MDM in complex enterprise environments, particularly in Customer and Property domains. This role demands deep technical expertise, domain knowledge, and leadership in driving data transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and delivery of Reltio MDM solutions tailored to Real estate domain.- Drive integration strategies with ERP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other platforms.- Conduct deep-dive sessions on entity modeling, survivorship, match/merge logic, and workflow orchestration.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align MDM solutions with domain-specific data needs.- Embed AI/ML capabilities for intelligent data matching and anomaly detection.- Define enterprise-wide data governance and stewardship frameworks.- Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills:

Extensive hands-on experience with Reltio MDM in large-scale implementations.- Strong domain knowledge in Customer, Property / Real Estate data models.- Proven experience in integrating MDM with ERP, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake.- Expertise in AI/ML-driven data quality enhancements.- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Added Advantage:

Experience with other MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM and Stibo Systems MDM.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.- Reltio MDM certification.- Experience with cloud platforms and data governance tools.- Agile methodology experience
