ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an adaptable and structured IT Project Manager to lead and execute key IT initiatives within our global technology organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional, highly technical teams to ensure our systems and software projects align with core business goals. This is a remote role, but it requires residency in Texas to support occasional travel to our Innovation Center in Austin.

responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead project execution, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and financial budgets.
- Manage and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, maintain consistent communication, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and financial/status reports for senior management.
qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of managing software or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development lifecycles.
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel up to 10% to the Austin site.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.
Experience working in a global or matrixed corporate environment.
High level of proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or GitHub.
