Client Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a contract position. This person will provide IT support to internal users.
Required:
-Senior level desktop / service desk skills - troubleshooting issues regarding laptops, desktops, connectivity, and peripherals.
-VIP / white glove support.
-Certifications (Microsoft / A+).

-ITIL certification.
