  • An experienced professional with a strong background in planning and operational management for SoC digital design and integration. You have a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-tech environment.
  • You possess exceptional analytical capabilities which enable you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and use data as guiding principles for decisions. You are a proactive problem-solver capable of driving changes in an engineering organization and introducing best practices for highly efficient execution.
  • You excel at building relationships and can effectively collaborate with all levels of engineering and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager for our IP and subsystem Team to:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering
  • Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership .
  • Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
  • Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities.
  • Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage projects pipeline daily.
  • Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed.
  • Measure quality and consistency of deliverables
