Andersen is hiring a Data Center Deployment Technician II (USA) to support infrastructure operations and large-scale technology projects across global industries.

Responsibilities:
- Performing end-to-end labeling of fiber optic and copper cables in accordance with client standards and drawings.
- Bundling, dressing, and routing cables to meet data center best practices and client specifications.
- Porting and connecting cables to panels, switches, and hardware per design documentation.
- Ensuring proper cable management, bend radius, slack, and overall presentation.
- Performing QC/QA checks on assigned work to confirm:
- Ensuring accurate and consistent labeling at both ends.
- Verifying correct port placement per documentation.
- Ensuring proper cable dressing, routing, and bundling.
- Identifying no visible cable damage, breaks, or compromised jackets.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting discrepancies or issues to project leadership.
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet project schedules.
- Providing guidance and on-the-job support to Level I technicians.
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area that meets client and safety standards.
- Following all site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Must-haves:
- Hands-on data center experience for 2+ years.
- Readiness for long-term business trips (Salt Lake City).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience with fiber optic and copper structured cabling.
- Experience labeling, bundling, dressing, and porting cables in live or production data center environments.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, scope documents, and labeling standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in data center environments (raised floors, equipment aisles).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice to have:
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise data centers.
- Prior experience mentoring junior technicians.
- Military, trade school, or technical training background.
