Location: New York NY 10003 (100% REMOTE/Part Time – 20 hours weekly)

Major Objectives:
Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Manage digital editorial content on oru.com with a focus on improving qualification screening and enabling easier access to business programs and incentives on the company website.
- Test and launch key site features and create and coordinate change management communications.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to promote products and services on dedicated landing pages. Boil down complex concepts into succinct, easy-to-scan copy that is efficient, engaging, and channel-appropriate.
- Champion a mobile-first methodology and be an accessibility advocate.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a strategic thinker, and adaptable to changing conditions.
Core responsibilities may include:
- Develop strategy for messaging on relevant qualification screening and informational webpages.
- Collaborate with UX designer and internal stakeholders to communicate the Company’s clean energy programs (e.g., energy efficiency, E-mobility, targeted demand management)
- Uphold an aligned and coherent view of design and editorial standards, advocate for the customer, and articulate a unified and unambiguous approach to problem solving and digital strategy.
- Contribute to and maintain project plans
Required Skills:
- 4+ years professional and relevant writing experience.
- Experience creating and publishing web-based content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and CMS, such as Sitecore or SharePoint, a plus.
- Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Figma and Workfront
Education or Certification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, user experience design, or related field.
