We are seeking an early-career Data Associate to serve as a vital link between raw scientific data and groundbreaking Machine Learning models. This is a 2-year immersive appointment designed for high-achieving individuals looking to apply elite technical skills to the challenge of curing human disease.


The Role

As a Data Associate, you will curate the fuel for our ML engines. You will be responsible for the integrity, organization, and accessibility of massive, complex scientific datasets that drive our therapeutic programs.

Key Responsibilities
Data Orchestration:
Engineer and maintain robust pipelines to structure data from diverse, high-dimensional sources.

Metadata Excellence:
Catalog and manage intricate metadata to ensure seamless data discovery and rigorous provenance tracking.

ML Support:
Collaborate closely with the Machine Learning team to refine datasets that facilitate the design of highly selective, next-generation drugs.

Systems Navigation:
Operate within a high-performance Linux environment to handle large-scale data movements and storage.

Technical Skills Profile:
Required Skills: Linux, Python, SQL, STEM Degree, Large-scale Data Handling, Data Structuring, Data Management, Data Discovery.

Preferred & Advanced Skills:
Machine Learning Support, Metadata Cataloging, Data Architecture, Data Provenance, Molecular Dynamics, Computational Biology, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Scientific Dataset Processing, Data Orchestration.
