Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Contract Platform Engineer / Lead Developer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of our platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and performance while leading a team of talented developers.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the design, development, and implementation of our platform architecture

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements

·         Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

·         Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

·         Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

·         Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

·         Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our platform

·         Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

·         Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

·         Collaborate with product managers to align technical solutions with business objectives

·         Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and long-term strategic planning

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

·         Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role

·         Strong proficiency in ENGINEER and Developer technologies

·         Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

·         In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices

·         Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs

·         Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)

·         Strong understanding of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)

·         Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

·         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

·         Strong leadership and communication abilities

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with microservices architecture

·         Knowledge of serverless computing

·         Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies
