Seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electro-mechanical, thermal, pneumatic, and fluidics systems for life-science / diagnostics instrumentation.

Mandatory:

BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Bioengineering with 10+ yrs (BS/MS) or 5+ yrs (PhD) industry experience.

Expertise in thermal management, precision temperature control, and fluidics design (pumps, valves, sensors).

Strong 3D CAD (SolidWorks) skills with experience in machining, injection molding, and rapid prototyping.

Hands-on with lab equipment, machine shop tools, and Python/LabVIEW for device control & data acquisition.

Interview: Phone Onsite (includes technical/bio presentation).

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $80 - $90 per hour on W2.
