Summary
Service Delivery Business Analyst
Location: Metro Atlanta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and gather business/technical requirements.
- Identify process improvements and support operational governance.
- Reconcile telecommunications inventory, vendor billing, and asset records.
- Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level metrics.
- Monitor service quality, operational performance, and compliance.
- Track risks, issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
- Support continuous improvement, automation, and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis or Process Improvement experience.
- 5+ years supporting Telecommunications, Networking, or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management, Vendor Billing Analysis, and Financial Reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
