Summary

Job Role: Senior Azure Cloud Architect
Location: Remote with Travel
Hire-Type: W2 Contract
 
We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Architect with strong hands-on experience designing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning Azure architecture while also working directly with storage, security, access, and cost optimization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and cloud infrastructure.
  • Design, provision, and configure Azure Blob Storage, Azure Files, Storage Accounts, and related services.
  • Strong understanding of Azure storage architecture, redundancy, performance tiers, lifecycle policies, and data access patterns.
  • Experience generating and managing SAS (Shared Access Signature) tokens, access keys, RBAC, and secure storage access.
  • Perform Azure cost analysis and optimization, including storage and infrastructure cost considerations.
  • Experience with Azure networking and security concepts, including VNets, Private Endpoints, firewalls, and identity/access controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, storage, connectivity, permissions, and performance issues.
  • Must be a senior, hands-on architect who can independently assess requirements, recommend the right Azure services, and implement solutions.
