Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and complex, established business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to perform detailed root‑cause analysis.
- Full lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working with users resistant to change.
- Proven ability to build consensus and trust across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in system documentation, process mapping, and requirements definition.
- Ability to create basic UI mockups or prototypes using tools such as PowerPoint, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
