Project Manager/Program Manager/ PMO - industrial HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead end-to-end project and program execution across multiple initiatives
 Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder alignment
 Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution with full ownership
 Manage multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
 Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
 Facilitate client and internal stakeholder communication, including leadership updates
 Collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical project execution
 Ensure adherence to PMO governance, reporting, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications:
 7–12+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or PMO roles
 Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
 Proven ability to lead complex project implementations independently
 Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
 Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
 PMP or equivalent certification
 Experience in thermal systems, industrial equipment, or process engineering prefferred
 Background as a senior engineer transitioning into PMO/program leadership
 Experience in multi-project / portfolio management environments
