Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS || Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

 

We are seeking a skilled Informatica IDMC Master Data Management (MDM) professional to design, implement, and support cloud‑based MDM solutions. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality master data capabilities using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with hands‑on work across MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). You will ensure data consistency, governance, and scalability across enterprise systems while collaborating with teams using both existing and emerging technologies.

 

What Will You Do?
Partner with business analysts, data analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC) solutions.
Build and manage data models and configure Business 360 Console components.
Configure match/merge rules, survivorship logic, hierarchies, and business entities.
Develop batch integrations using IDMC Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
Implement data quality, validation, and governance rules.
Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using APIs, ETL, and cloud connectors.
Lead or support platform enablement, training, and adoption for development teams and data stewards.
Build integrations for batch and near‑real‑time data movement using CDI.
Implement API‑led and event‑driven integrations using Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
Support data migration, onboarding, and reconciliation activities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance and data accuracy.
Participate in UAT, production deployments, and post‑go‑live support.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
What Do You Need to Succeed?

 

Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC.
Ability to build batch integrations using CDI with diverse sources (databases, flat files, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.).
Hands‑on experience building CAI processes, APIs, and enrichment flows.
Experience with CI/CD automation for IDMC services.
Solid understanding of master data domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).
Experience with match & merge, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, xQuery, and shell scripting.
Experience with REST APIs, cloud integrations, and ETL tools.
Programming experience with XQuery/XPath for CAI transformations.
Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning IDMC services.

Nice to Have
Informatica MDM or IDMC certification.
Experience with multi‑domain MDM implementations.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
Experience with Jira.
