Summary

Job Title: Infrastructure Management Specialist / Window Admin 
Location: Plano, TX
Years of Experience - 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
•    Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
•    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure.
•    Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilities.
•    Collaborate with cross functional teams to support infrastructure related projects and initiatives.
•    Document processes, procedures, and configurations for infrastructure management.
•    Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure needs.
•    Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end users.
•    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management.
 
Mandatory Skills:
•    Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Administration.
•    Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019).
•    Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management.
•    Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper V).
•    Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
•    Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
 
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
•    Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
•    Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
•    Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are a plus.
 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    5years of experience in infrastructure management with a focus on Windows Administration.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
