Summary

Role: Technical Program Manager (Streaming / Entertainment)
Rate: $75/hour W2
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support high visibility initiatives within the entertainment domain. This role will oversee delivery across multiple platforms that power the end to end streaming customer experience, ensuring alignment, execution, and cross team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program delivery across multiple critical platforms supporting the streaming and entertainment experience
  • Manage cross team dependencies, including tracking, planning, and mitigating risks to delivery timelines
  • Drive program execution through detailed planning, milestone tracking, and coordination across engineering and business teams
  • Facilitate active communication with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility
  • Own and maintain program artifacts, including dependency plans, reporting, and roadmap updates
  • Participate in quarterly planning, sprint ceremonies, and ongoing SCRUM activities
  • Partner closely with engineering teams, requiring a strong understanding of SDLC and technical workflows
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements, including use of AI tools to support story creation and program efficiency

Required Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management
  • Direct experience in the streaming or entertainment industry 
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering workflows
  • Proven experience managing dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage across technical and business leadership
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging AI tools within program/project management processes
  • Strong communicator who is highly engaged in meetings and cross team collaboration
  • Organized, detail oriented program leader with the ability to manage complex dependencies
