Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Triage, investigate, and resolve issues identified during end-to-end testing with vendors, user acceptance testing with clients, performance testing, and other software validation activities.
Troubleshoot enterprise integration workflows involving managed file transfer solutions, container platforms, integration middleware, application services, databases, and data-processing components to identify root causes and support timely resolution.
Analyze application behavior, integration dependencies, database operations, and data flows; collaborate with developers, testers, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement fixes and validate outcomes.
Document technical findings, root-cause analyses, issue status, and resolution recommendations, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences while supporting development deliverables and release readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in software engineering, enterprise application integration, technical troubleshooting, database and ETL workflows, and issue resolution across end-to-end, user acceptance, and performance testing phases.
Technical Skills:
Enterprise Integration, GoAnywhere MFT, MOVEit, Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Red Hat Fuse, IBM Integration Stack, AWS PostgreSQL, Databricks, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), React.js and Spring Boot
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise application integration across vendor systems, client applications, databases, file-transfer processes, and interconnected technology platforms.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
Experience supporting enterprise data exchange, database workflows, ETL processes, and application dependencies to maintain reliable data movement and consistent application behaviour.
Experience coordinating application issue resolution across development teams, vendors, and client stakeholders, including root-cause analysis, defect remediation, and technical communication throughout software delivery.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience troubleshooting integration middleware, managed file transfer platforms, containerized applications, and enterprise integration workflows.
Working knowledge of database technologies, ETL and data migration processes, React.js, Spring Boot, and identity and access management solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to identify root causes, explain technical findings to diverse audiences, and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
