Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering high-quality IT services to clients while leading complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the technical health of client environments through proactive processes and manage projects across networking, security, servers, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled technical alignment visits to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
Assess client technology platforms to identify risks, gaps, and areas of misalignment.
Document alignment exceptions and provide recommendations for improvement.
Implement recommended changes to optimize client environments and maintain alignment.
Design, configure, and migrate firewalls to enhance network security.
Deploy and replace networking equipment, including switches, routers, and access points.
Develop and execute hybrid infrastructure designs that integrate on-premises and cloud solutions.
Perform server migrations, upgrades, and decommissioning to maintain system functionality.
Design, deploy, and migrate Microsoft 365 environments to improve collaboration and productivity.
Configure Azure Active Directory to enhance identity security and access control.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
Capacity to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic environment.
High level of technical awareness to match resources appropriately to specific issues.
Familiarity with IT support tools and techniques to deliver efficient services.
Expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
Proficiency in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with Citrix Technologies to support virtualized environments.
