Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ & Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) Lead Consultant to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CPQ and subscription-based solutions.

This role combines strong functional expertise in quoting, pricing, and subscription lifecycle management with hands-on technical capabilities in Oracle CPQ. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, lead implementations, and ensure seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Design and implement end-to-end CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing, and approval workflows
  • Develop and maintain BML, BMQL, configurator models, and commerce flows
  • Configure guided selling, pricing rules, document generation, and UI customizations
  • Integrate CPQ with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Lead testing cycles and ensure successful deployment
  • Implement API and web service-based integrations
Subscription Management Cloud (SMC)
  • Configure subscription models including plans, billing profiles, and pricing strategies
  • Manage subscription lifecycle processes: amendments, renewals, terminations, and evergreen subscriptions
  • Define revenue rules and support usage-based pricing models
  • Ensure accurate data flow across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration activities
  • Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream systems
  • Drive best practices, user training, and continuous system improvements
  • Support Proof of Concept (PoC) creation and client demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or relevant experience in lieu of education)
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Product configuration and commerce flows
    • BML, BMQL, and data tables
    • Document Designer, proposal templates, and XSL
    • Integration frameworks (APIs/Web Services)
  • Experience in solution architecture, process design, and problem definition
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Note: This role may require travel or relocation based on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery models
  • Experience in 1 2 greenfield implementations and support projects
  • Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Experience working in global delivery environments
