The client is seeking an experienced Automation Workflow Lead to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives across customer experience, operations, sales, marketing, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in workflow automation platforms, API integrations, and AI-powered process orchestration to design scalable, secure, and high-performing automation ecosystems.
This role will focus on building intelligent workflow automations that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate business processes across enterprise platforms.

Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, system integration, or business process engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with n8n and Zapier
- Strong experience building scalable workflow automations in enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong scripting or programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment processes
- Understanding of database systems, SQL, and data transformation techniques
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
