Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead / Architect
Long term contract
As a Cloud HCM Lead, you will be responsible for successful definition and delivery of the end to end Solution Architectures that cover Business Process and Application implementation.
Large scale on-premises HCM implementations to the Cloud - particularly in HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll / OTL, Absences).
You will be involved in all aspects of Solution Design and Delivery and be capable and willing to take the lead in all these aspects. You must have consulting skills to run workshops and drive decisions.

In This Role You Will Have the Opportunity To
- Lead projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
- Configures Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Provides solution oversight for module design, configuration, and integrations.
- Work closely with the Technical Consultants/Team to provide requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration, and conversions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Supports large and critical software applications within the organization.
- Viewed as a functional expert or advisor for one or more applications.
- Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
- Executes schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion. Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS.
- At least 2 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Deployment, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management modules).
- Experience working with external interfaces to 3rd party benefits, Banks for ACH deposits, etc.
- Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

- Apply industry knowledge, and Product domain expertise in implementing Oracle Cloud for the Customer
- Analyze requirements, apply Best practice modelling, and provide solutions to ensure the implementation is successful.
- Ensure solution design meets the Customer implementation needs.
- Apply product knowledge in developing and managing the system configurations through the life of this project.
- Collaborate with Customer and other resources on the project to ensure, staff is trained, and ready for system acceptance.
