The Indiana Department of Health is looking for a passionate and community-focused Oral Health Educator to support oral health awareness initiatives across schools, skilled nursing facilities, early learning centers, and community programs.

📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Deliver oral health education & training programs
✔ Conduct workshops for CNAs, school nurses & educators
✔ Develop engaging educational materials & resources
✔ Support community outreach events & health fairs
✔ Collaborate with healthcare professionals & community partners
✔ Assist with data management, reporting & program evaluation

🔹 Required Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Public Health, Education, or related field
✅ Experience in health education/training programs
✅ Knowledge of oral hygiene practices & preventive care
✅ Strong communication & presentation skills
✅ Ability to create culturally appropriate educational content

⭐ Preferred:
• Grant writing & budgeting experience
• Background in public health programs
• Oral health education certification
