Job Description As the Director, Head of AI, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-enabled investing. Partnering with key teams, you will define the AI strategy, build scalable capabilities, and enhance investment decision-making. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, improve data governance, and create a competitive edge through innovative product development.
Responsibilities - Define and lead AI strategy for Asset Management, identifying high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with Technology to build scalable AI platforms and capabilities.
- Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Distribution, Investment, and Product teams.
- Embed AI into workflows and decision-making processes for improved connectivity.
- Enhance investment teams with AI-driven research and analytics for portfolio management.
- Automate core workflows and deploy AI assistants to boost productivity.
- Improve data quality and accessibility, strengthening compliance and risk detection.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and training, maximizing impact.
- Collaborate with Product teams to design next-generation investment offerings.
Qualifications - Senior leadership experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
- Prior experience in Asset Management, Investments, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of investment workflows, portfolio management, and product development.
- Deep knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI, data platforms, and enterprise AI architecture.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong governance, risk, and compliance mindset, with a focus on data ethics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships across teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees preferred.
- A passion for innovation and a track record of successful AI implementations.
