Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Program Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage large-scale enterprise AI programs and portfolios with multi-million-dollar budgets.

·         Develop program roadmaps, strategic plans, milestones, and execution frameworks.

·         Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology organizations.

·         Drive governance, PMO processes, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.

·         Establish program KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

·         Lead enterprise AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.

·         Drive AI adoption strategies and identify AI-driven business transformation opportunities.

·         Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

·         Oversee AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI implementation roadmaps.

·         Manage enterprise data analytics, reporting, and cloud-native modernization initiatives.

·         Lead Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery models across multiple release trains.

·         Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Release Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

·         Manage program backlogs, MVP planning, dependency management, and release governance.

·         Lead Healthcare Payer transformation initiatives across Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and Commercial lines of business.

·         Manage Health Plan Administration, Claims, Provider Management, Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Payment Integrity, and Member Services programs.

·         Manage program budgets, forecasting, financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.

·         Develop business cases, investment proposals, project charters, and executive presentations.

·         Partner with executive leadership, business sponsors, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.

·         Present executive-level program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Must have Skills:

·         Enterprise Program & Portfolio Management (AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud Programs)

·         Agile, Scrum, SAFe Delivery Leadership with PMO Governance

·         Healthcare Payer / Banking / Insurance Domain with Cloud Transformation (Azure/AWS)

Certifications:

·         PMP Certification.

·         SAFe Agilist Certification.

·         Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

·         ITIL Foundation Certification.

·         Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Healthcare Payer, Health Plan Administration, and Provider Management domains.

·         Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, RPA, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.
