Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Director – Technology Services to lead enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support functions within a large enterprise environment. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, security governance, service management, and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex enterprise IT environments, leading high-performing technical teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery initiatives.

  • Lead enterprise technology modernization efforts across cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and operational platforms.

  • Oversee IT service management, end-user support, incident management, and operational continuity.

  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, risk management, vulnerability management, and compliance programs.

  • Drive IT operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and service optimization initiatives.

  • Lead enterprise infrastructure planning, scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery initiatives.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals and operational priorities.

  • Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, budgets, and resource planning.

  • Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams across operations, infrastructure, and security functions.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee operational KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support organizational digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, or cybersecurity leadership roles.

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience leading enterprise technology teams.

  • Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, hybrid environments, and operational governance.

  • Experience managing enterprise IT service delivery, support operations, and incident management.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk management, and compliance practices.

  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives and vendor relationships.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with IT governance frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, NIST, Agile, DevOps, or COBIT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or ITIL are highly preferred.

  • Experience within regulated enterprise environments preferred.

  • Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives preferred.
