Job Details
Role: Project manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Hybrid (1-2 days/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage change effectively
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Ensure alignment with strategic business goals and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficient in project management tools including JIRA and confluence
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
