Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Test Lead / Salesforce Automation Test Analyst with 5 8 years of experience in UI and API automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, automation frameworks, and modern JavaScript technologies.

This role focuses on building automation frameworks, developing test scripts, and validating Salesforce Lightning CRM workflows, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Must Have Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) / TypeScript
Experience with Cucumber BDD (Gherkin syntax)
Hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing
Experience with JSforce / Salesforce APIs
Strong knowledge of SQL / SOQL
Experience in UI & API automation testing

Nice to Have Skills

Node.js

Postman / SoapUI
Pega Platform (OpenSpan)
Contact Center / CTI applications

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Test Automation

Create and maintain test cases and automation scripts
Validate workflows in Salesforce Lightning CRM
Automate regression and smoke test suites

2. UI & API Automation

Perform UI testing using Playwright, Cypress, and Jest
Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, and CA DevTest

3. Framework Development

Build BDD frameworks using Cucumber with TypeScript
Develop reusable step definitions
Create feature files using Gherkin syntax

4. Salesforce API & Data Testing

Validate integrations using JSforce
Write and execute SOQL queries
Test REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations

5. CI/CD Support

Work with Git, GitLab, and Docker
Support automation in CI/CD pipelines

Contact Center / CTI Applications
Case Management Systems
Salesforce Lightning CRM
Desktop Automation using Pega OpenSpan

Top Priority

Strong experience in Salesforce automation testing
Hands-on expertise in automation framework development
