Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to define themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Convert business requirements and use cases into well-defined user stories for Agile development teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain process flows, business process maps, and functional documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process documentation.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with use case development and requirements traceability.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise software or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum certification is an advantage.
