Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Dynatrace Observability Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise observability solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will own the Dynatrace platform and enable end-to-end visibility, performance optimization, and proactive incident detection.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own and administer the Dynatrace platform (SaaS/Managed), including configuration, upgrades, and integrations

·         Deploy and manage OneAgents and ActiveGates across cloud, on-prem, and Kubernetes environments

·         Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, SLOs, tagging rules, and management zones

·         Implement end-to-end observability (APM, infrastructure, logs, RUM, synthetics, tracing)

·         Analyze performance issues using Davis AI and support root-cause analysis

·         Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD, ITSM, and alerting tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, etc.)

·         Automate observability using Python/Bash/PowerShell, Monaco, or Terraform

·         Support incident response, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

 Must have skills:

Dynatrace platform

APM, infrastructure, logs

CI/CD, ITSM, and alerting tools
